Q: How close is Shannon Airport to the hotel?
A: Shannon Airport is approximately a 20-minute drive from the hotel, providing convenient access for Guests. There is a bus service that runs from Shannon airport and passes the hotel. There is also the option of a taxi service that can be used from the airport to the hotel.
Q: Is the hotel pet-friendly?
A: Pets are not permitted at the hotel, with the exception of guide dogs and service dogs.

A: Yes, regular bus services operate several times daily from Ennis to the Cliffs of Moher.

Swimming hats are required to use the swimming pool or jacuzzi.

A: The hotel offers a soft play area, an arcade, and the Mini T’s Kids Club. Our Mini T’s club is subject to how many children we have staying in the hotel. It is only functional during schools Holidays.

Kiddies Breakfast Train -As part of the Mini T’s Kids Club, our “Breakfast Train” begins at 9:00 am, when our friendly Kids Club staff collect the children and escort them to the Kids Club area. There, the children can enjoy a fun and nutritious breakfast, choosing from options such as pancakes with chocolate sauce, cereals that go “snap, crackle, pop,” or a variety of hot breakfast dishes, depending on their preference. Leaving time for Mum and Dad to go back for a snooze!

Q: Where can I find traditional Irish music nearby?
A: Pubs in Ennis, such as Knox’s, Ciaran’s & Cruises host live traditional Irish music sessions on selected evenings.
Q: Are there scenic walks close to the hotel?
A: A recommended nearby walk is at Clare Abbey, offering a pleasant and accessible route along a long stretch of river which makes for a very scenic walk. The route begins not 5 minutes from the hotel.
Q: How far is Bunratty Castle from the hotel?
A: Bunratty Castle is approximately a 15-minute drive from the hotel but there is also our local bus service that does routes to and from Bunratty also.
Policies
Q: Do I need a Credit Card in order to check in?
A: The hotel reserves the right to request a credit card and photo ID at any time. Full payment will be requested upon arrival for all reservations plus all credit cards will be preauthorised upon arrival at the hotel at the rate of €150.00. Should the pre authorisation fail; you will be refused entry to the hotel and the reservation cancelled. If you cannot produce a credit card in your name which should also be the name on the reservation made, you will be refused entry to the hotel and your reservation cancelled. Pre authorisations will be completed upon departure from the hotel. Cancellation, Preauthorisation and Security Deposit Policy the Hotel reserves the right to cancel any future bookings, retain or withhold any security deposit or pre-authorisation or terminate an existing booking without refund in the following circumstances: 1. Where there has been damage to hotel property, whether intentional or due to negligence, by the guest or their associates. 2. Where the guest’s behaviour, or that of their associates, is deemed likely to prejudice the reputation or smooth operation of the Hotel. 3. Where the booking has been made under false pretences, including but not limited to the provision of incorrect or misleading information during the booking process.
