This CHRISTMAS

Despite everything we faced in 2020, Christmas will always be our favourite time of the year and especially so this year. We were starting to think the Covid-19 is the Grinch and hell we won’t let him spoil Christmas for all the boys and girls who have been so good this year. SO!” It is now beginning to look a lot like Christmas here at Treacys West County Hotel in Ennis. We have the Christmas tree up, the crib is in place and the lights are glowing wonderful colours.

Santa Experience 2020 at Treacys

Runs on the Saturdays & Sundays of December

(Sat 5 & 6, 12, 13, 19 & 20th) subject to demand.

Come enjoy a magical journey through our Santa Land 2020 where Santa’s favourite boys and girls can enjoy a journey to meet him at his special Santa Hut.

Your family will be taken by our elves through Narnia and Winter Wonderland on to Santa’s stable where you ring the bells on the stable door. As you continue your journey you will see our animated reindeer and elves before passing our magic doorway. The elves workshop is home to “Snuggles” our workshop elf, but he is notorious for falling asleep on the job! Mrs Claus will have a hot chocolate for each boy and girl and will be pleased to send your family on your way to meet the great man himself. The North Pole Post Office will be busy at this time of year and you can take your time to write to Santa. Before you reach Santa’s hut you will pass through our Reindeer forest and see the Sleigh landing area all packed and ready for Christmas Eve. Santa will have a video message for the boys and girls and will be on hand to get you socially distant photograph with Santa and your family.

– Due to Covid regulations there will be no presents included in this years experience
– A Family will consist of 2 adults and upto three children. For Covid adherence this will be deemed to be a single household. Households are asked not to mix.
– Where two or more households are entering the grotto, they will only be permitted to do so, in sequence with physical distance/time delay maintained between each household.
– Guests are welcome to take photos on their phones etc. Family photos will be taken during the experience and will be available to purchase at an additional cost of €5.00. The photos will be emailed to the guests nominated email address on the next business day.
– Residential packages will receive a selection box while our elves will provide those who wish to visit Santa with a voucher for one of Santa’s happy meals.
– Residential Packages are available on our Website and will be prioritised for available timeslots in the schedule.
– In a Covid 19 environment our Santaland will operate strict adherence to the public health advice.
– Masks must be worn in the Santa Experience.
– Guests are asked to utilise hand santising stations on entry and exit.
– Physical Distancing will be in force, through out the experience
